Group Description

Divas on the Run is a Running Group geared towards Beginner to Intermediate Runners, however, we would love to have advanced runners join us. This low mileage, injury free training is for all women who have careers, families and other obligations but want to get in shape and challenge their bodies with a group of friends. Divas on the Run will offer group runs, strength training, ab work outs and even a few trail runs and The Manitou Incline Climbs. We will be training for 5k's, 10k's and Half Marathon's using the Jeff Galloway Run-Walk Method. Group Runs will feature walking breaks at regular intervals based on your skill level, pace and goals. Be encouraged, inspired and trained to reach your health, fitness and weight loss goals as well as meet some wonderful new and life long friends.
